Production Build

Production systems.
In weeks, not quarters.

One system, shipped to your production. AI inside the system, or AI behind the build. Production-grade from day one. We stay through deployment.

What you get

A working system.
Not a project plan.

How it runs

Three phases.
Always shipping.

One system ships in 6 to 12 weeks. A bigger build is a series of those: each phase goes live on its own, nothing waits for the end. We commit to a date on day one and we meet it.

Scope and de-risk

We lock the deliverable, the timeline, and the price. The riskiest assumption gets a spike so we know it works before we commit to the full build.

  • Fixed price and date locked
  • Spike on the riskiest part
  • Eval and success criteria scoped

Build in slices

Each slice goes to staging or production on its own. Eval and integration tests running from day one. You see real progress weekly, not just at the final demo.

  • Working software each week
  • Eval and integration tests live
  • Weekly demo on real data
03 · Final week + handover

Hand over and stay close

Runbook signed off. Monitoring live. Docs handed to your team. We stay reachable for two weeks of post-launch support, no extra fee.

Spotify
Consumer tech · 2026

AI handles the repetition. The team owns the taste.

Spotify's content team ships hundreds of visual productions every month. They came for a wrapper around their AI tools. We rebuilt the pipeline instead, with AI inside every step and brand consistency enforced at generation time.

Outcome
faster asset production. No AI slop.

Medidesk
Healthcare SaaS · 2026

More time selling. Same team.

Medidesk runs patient-clinic communication for 1000+ medical facilities, already using AI inside the product. They wanted AI inside the company itself too. We brought in outside data and signals. Sales now spends time on ICP-fit customers ready to talk, not manual prospecting.

Outcome
2.5× more time selling. Same team.

EBB Charge
EV infrastructure · 2026

AI built into field operations.

EBB Charge installs EV charging infrastructure across Sweden, scaling from 20 sites in 2024 to 100 in 2026. The field crew works in WhatsApp, not portals nobody opens. We built the AI right there: instant SOP answers in Swedish, morning check-ins, evening reports.

Outcome
more sites. Same ops team.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Production Build take?

One system ships in 6 to 12 weeks. A bigger build is a series of those: each phase goes live on its own, nothing waits for the end. We commit to a date on day one and we meet it.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price per engagement, scoped after the first call. We send a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and price. No surprises mid-flight.

My system isn't AI-powered. Is that a fit?

Yes. Production Builds work whether AI is the engine inside the system (assistant, agent, RAG, scoring) or the tool that lets us build automations and internal systems faster. The deliverable is the working system either way.

What happens after the system ships?

Two weeks of post-launch support, no extra fee. Then most clients move into AI Operations for ongoing eval, monitoring, cost governance, and continuous improvement. No obligation.

Who owns the system?

You do. Code, data, evals, documentation: everything is yours and runs in your infrastructure and your accounts, no proprietary platform underneath. The handover is built so your own team, or any engineer you hire, can take it from there.

Production Builds work when you have a specific outcome to ship and a decision-maker who can move fast. Book 30 minutes. Straight answer either way.
