Who is the controller

Luxdone sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, NIP PL9452208413, ul. Przemysłowa 12, 30-701 Kraków, is the controller of personal data processed through this site. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We collect data you give us directly (name, work email, company, job title, and the contents of your message) when you contact us, book a call, or correspond with us.

We also collect data automatically while you browse: IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, and the company associated with your IP address through a B2B visitor-identification tool. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors who have not contacted us.

If you become a customer, we additionally process meeting notes, contract data, and billing records.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions and email correspondence: 24 months from last interaction. Customer records: term of the contract plus 6 years. Invoices and tax records: 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year (Polish tax law). Marketing/CRM contacts: until you object or withdraw consent. Server logs: 12 months. Cookies: as set out in the Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We share data with categories of providers that help us run the site and our business: hosting and infrastructure, email and CRM, analytics, B2B enrichment, customer support, accounting, and legal counsel. They act as our processors under written agreements. A current sub-processor list is available on request. We may also disclose data to public authorities (courts, law enforcement, tax offices) where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers are based outside the EEA, including the United States and the United Kingdom. We rely on the UK adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Decision 2021/914) supplemented by additional safeguards where neither applies. Copies are available on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing, including any related profiling. Email [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, typically the one in your country of residence or the country where the issue arose.

Children

This site is directed to business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
